  • 2nd suspension — 60 days
  • 3rd (or subsequent) suspension — 90 days

Your driving privilege will be revoked for one year if you accumulate:

  • 12 or more points in 12 months
  • 18 or more points in 24 months
  • 24 or more points in 36 months

Penalties for Driving While Suspended/Revoked

A conviction of driving while suspended/revoked may be a misdemeanor offense or a felony offense, depending on the specific circumstances. A first offense of driving while suspended/revoked is classified as a Class A misdemeanor in Missouri. Missouri Class A misdemeanors can result in a term of imprisonment for up to one year, and a fine of up to $1,000.00. Drivers who have had prior convictions of driving while suspended/revoked or other alcohol-related offenses may be facing a felony charge.
