Man and Woman Charged with Child EndangermentMarch 28, 2012 – A Troy, Missouri man and woman were charged yesterday with child endangerment for allegedly allowing their 16-year-old daughter and her friend to use “bath salts,” an illegal synthetic drug used to get high.
